A Federal High Court sitting in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, has stopped the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) from taking any disciplinary action against some chieftains of the party in South-West.
The interlocutory injunction, specifically restrains the PDP, the Chairman of its National Caretaker Committee, and Secretary, from taking any disciplinary action against the plaintiffs and other leaders of the PDP in the South West zone.
The chieftains include the Senator representing Ogun East Senatorial District, Buruji Kashamu; the immediate past National Secretary, Wale Oladipo; the immediate past National Auditor, Adewale Adeyanju; and others
