10 years old girl rapped by her uncle

Gossip!!!! This life has become something else oooo.... now at Plateau hospital where I went to visit a friend and I saw a 10 yrs old girl who has been robbed of her pride by her uncle ( her mother's younger brother) and is now in a critical condition battling between life and death...
Seeing this I feel like strangling her uncle with my bare hands..... isn't there a law where such persons would be killed instantly??? If there isn't then I think they should pass one as soon as possible... cus this is pure wickedness...
